Return Policy
Returns
For all returns, a return authorization must be obtained. You can request a return from Customer Support (support@celericycles.com) and We will provide you the correct address for return shipping . We are not able to accept returns that have not been authorized by us.
Electric Bikes and Scooters may be returned within 14 days in new, original, unused condition. There must be no sign of use or alteration. We reserve the right to deny returns if bicycles are in any condition other than new and/or charge the consumer for parts which show use such as tires, grips and saddles. Any items returned that have been installed, used, or damaged will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A 15% restocking fee may apply to any return.
Returns are only available for customers ordering in the United States within the contiguous 48 states.
Cancellations
Cancellation of unshipped orders will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee (for pre-orders as well as in-stock items).
Orders may not be cancelled during shipment or once processed by our facility. Cancellation of orders that have already shipped out, or which ship out prior to the cancellation instruction reaching the Celericycles Agent in time to halt shipment, will be subject to a fee up to $400.
We can't guarantee that your order cancellation request will reach the shipping warehouse in time to halt the shipment, so please notify us as early as possible of your intention to cancel your order.
General Merchandise
All other general merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days. We reserve the right to deny returns that are in any condition other than new.
Refunds
All refunds will be applied to the original purchaser's credit card once the returned item(s) has been inspected.
